The Challenge

As a globally distributed company, SNS Technologies has a range of complex finance, sales, and partnership challenges. Executive Management needs to quickly communicate on a range of planning and execution tasks that require real-time collaboration. Multinational companies face complex tax and finance issues on a daily basis. Staying on top of revenues and expenses, while adhering to local tax reporting requirements are difficult enough. Rolling up the status of an organization’s regional finances to the headquarters requires another level of complex finance, tax and audit skills.

The Solution

SNS Technologies uses Content Circles on a daily basis to maintain a global view of the business. Confidential finance documents are exchanged daily between company employees operating in different countries and the outside tax and audit firms that support the finance operation.
